Offering a durable, clear finish on wooden interior doors and furniture, this door oil has been specially formulated to protect surfaces from all common household substances and can be washed as necessary. Water repellent and indelible, this wax finish is micro porous and will not peel, flake, crack or blister and allows the wood to breathe. Blended from natural vegetable oils and waxes, door wax penetrates deeply in to the wood, keeping it elastic and preventing it from dying out over time and becoming brittle. It will also reduce the swelling and shrinking common with changes in atmospheric conditions. Giving a smooth satin sheen, once dry the wax may be polished to give a shinier finish. This wax can be applied to wood that has been stained providing the stain has not sealed the wood. Offering excellent coverage, 1 litre will cover 20 square metres as a base coat and 12 square metres with two coats.
