Paramose Original Paint & Varnish Remover is used by craftsman and professionals in the wood finishing, furniture restoration and antique trades. Does not dry quickly or darken the wood. Will remove multi coat systems. Stronger and more economical - Paramose original is thinner, so one light coat is all that is necessary in most cases, because of its thin consistency it reaches awkward areas, far less liquid is used and when the paint or varnish is scraped off you do not have a glutinous mass of waste. easy to use - apply by brush, leave for approximately 20 minutes, then remove softened layer of old paint with a scraper or steel wool.

Paramose water washable and Paramose original paint and varnish remover contain the now restricted Dichloromethane (DCM). From the 7th December 2011 the new European regulations prohibit the sale of this product to the general public. It also prohibits the sale to the professional user unless its used in an industrial installation for the purpose of paint stripping.

Any professional can still purchase this product but will be required to confirm their compliance to the regulations by submitting the down-loadable form to us duly completed before the goods are dispatched or collected.
