If you wish to return any goods to us, please contact us via telephone or email before sending the goods back. Will we be happy to assist and will issue you a returns ID to streamline the process. Please have your order number to hand.
Changed your mind within 14 days?
Any unwanted goods can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Goods must be returned unused, in resellable condition and, where necessary, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on goods not received in this condition. If packaging has become damaged then it will be necesary to use additional packaging to ensure that the
goods arrive back to ourselves in good condition. Return carriage charges are paid for by the customer. The returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating the returns ID supplied by ourselves on initial contact. If this information is not supplied, then there will be delays processing the return / refund.
If returned within 14 days as above, the original carriage charge will be refunded, with the exception of any additional charge paid for an express service ie. Next Day, Saturday Delivery etc.
Changed your mind outside of the 14 day returns window?
We can accept returns on some goods outside of the 14 day returns window. Please contact us via telephone or email so we can authorise this and issue you a returns ID. For goods retuned to us outside of the 14 day returns window, the same information as above applies, however a 15% re-stocking charge and any initial carriage charges will be deducted from the total refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent goods
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have received faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent goods. We will resolve your issue as efficiently as possible.
If preferred, we can arrange for our courier to collect any pre authorised returns from yourself. There will be a fee for this service of £25 (inc.VAT) per parcel, with a max individual parcel weight of 30kg.
