Overview

Osmo Natural Oil Wood Stain is a high-quality, oil-based stain with a satin-matt finish, ideal for all exterior timber. This product, offered by AG Woodcare as a reliable Osmo Natural Wood Stain stockist, provides superb long-term protection against UV degradation and moisture ingress and is available in 18 popular transparent wood colours.

Preparation

Before applying Osmo Natural Oil Wood Stain, treating bare timber with Osmo WR Base Coat is recommended for the best results. Ensure that the surface is clean and dry before application.

Application

Osmo Natural Oil Wood Stain should be applied with a brush or short-haired roller to achieve an even finish. For optimal protection, a minimum of two coats is required. The coverage rate is approximately 26m² per litre per coat.

Aftercare

Maintenance of Osmo Natural Oil Wood Stain is straightforward. Only one coat is needed on a clean, dry surface without sanding for upkeep. For enhanced UV protection, apply Osmo UV Protection Oil 410 or 420 as a finishing coat. For a clear finish without UV protection, allowing natural wood greying, use Osmo 701 Clear.

Excellent product but used it on an outside front door inside a porch and the smell is still there after 3 weeks. It really is an exterior treatment.

Easy to apply, good coverage. Applied 3 coats to a really good finish but looked OK after 2. Great service from AG WOODCARE.
